Our client , a leading innovator in the plastic products industry, seeks a passionate and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic team. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in a technical capacity within the plastic manufacturing industry. Minimum 10 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment. Tertiary degree qualification in Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of an organization. Well-disciplined, structured thinker with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
