Minimum requirements: Trade Tested: Millwright/Electrician or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering National Diploma 2 - 3 years in a food manufacturing environment Fluent if Afrikaans and English Own transport Duties: Serves as technical expert Implements current processes Identifies gaps in current policies and procedures Identifies improvements to processes, tools andtechniques Performs strip down, set up, adjustment and start-upof production line Assist in new process validations Escalation of parts, tools and spares required tomaintenance Set up SOP, WI and standards as per area in yourcontrol Production process is optimized, overalldowntime reduced and operational performanceincreased Deviations identified, risks assessed, andcorrective plans implemented Equipment is checked and verified according toSOP’s and standards Section Heads are notified of equipmentdowntime Root cause of equipment failures conducted Production problems and maintenance issuesidentified and escalated Documents and records are logged, updated andmaintained as per SOP’s and schedules Systems are updated and maintained Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga Apply via our website www.dantesa.co.za // MP007155If you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessful R22 000 - R25 000ctc
