Job Title: Technical Operations Manager Main Purpose of the Role: As the Technical Operations Manager, you'll be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day technical operations of the company, managing cloud infrastructure, systems, and products. Your role will involve working closely with senior management to propose infrastructure improvements and manage technical projects, all aimed at delivering excellent user experiences to both internal and external stakeholders. Type of Jobs Reporting Directly to This Role: System Administrator Database Administrator Desktop Support Network Administrator Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 10 years' experience in managing corporate networks and/or live hosted infrastructure. Proficiency in networking and system administration fundamentals. Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., DevOps, PowerShell, bash). Familiarity with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, or similar platforms. Strong communication and people management skills.
