Reference: DBN002802-ZC-2Our client is looking for a Technical sales engineer to join their team in Pietermaritburg.A Technical Sales Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and business development. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC products or services.Candidate will be based in PMB but will travel mostly in JHB & Western Cape areas. Minimum Qualification: 3 year qualification in Engineering Proven experience in a technical sales Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Must have valid drivers - own vehicle Key Responsibilities:Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's technical products or services. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive offerings. Customer Engagement & Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and understand customer needs. Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and provide pre-sales support. Solution Presentation: Create and deliver technical presentations to potential clients, demonstrating how the company's products or services can meet their specific needs. Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Proposal Development: Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to create customized proposals based on customer requirements. Ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and business objectives. Demonstrations and Proof of Concept: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key features and benefits.
