Responsibilities:

Farmer engagement: Meet 3-4 farmers/day, assess needs, offer solutions, and close sales.
Activity organization: Plan and execute activities considering seasonality, territory segmentation, and network optimization.
Client network energizing: Utilize events, WhatsApp groups, and other channels to strengthen community and promote solutions.
Portfolio development and reporting: Expand and manage customer base while ensuring accurate CRM updates and activity reporting.
