Technical Sales Representative - Middelburg
Qualifications:
- Matric certificate
- Higher Technical Qualification preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Hydraulic environment
- Valid Drivers license and own reliable transport
- Computer literate in MS Office
- Customer orientated
- Proven sales ability
- Must be prepared to work extended hours and travel when necessary
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Dynamic, motivated and sales driven
- Service existing customers, canvas for and contact new customers
- Discuss company needs and explain how needs would be met with specific products and services offered by the company
- Answer customer's questions about products, define the customers requirements and application, emphasize product features based on analysis of customer needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Discuss and explain available options and investigate and suggest alternative options where available
- Discuss credit terms
- Prepare quotations
- Negotiate process, terms of sale and Service Agreements
- Maintain customer records using automated systems
- Utilise and maintain ERP system
