As a Technical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within the printing ink industry. You will utilize your technical expertise and sales skills to understand customer needs, recommend solutions, and achieve sales targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop innovative sales strategies, and contribute to the success of our client's organization Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the printing ink industry. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our client's printing ink products. Collaborate with internal teams, including R&D, marketing, and customer support, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for business growth. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to track progress and communicate performance metrics to management. Proven track record of success in technical sales, preferably within the printing ink industry. Strong technical knowledge of printing ink products, applications, and processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
