Global Leader in chemical manufacturing offering process and water treatment chemistry expertly developed to perform a variety of applications across multiple industries, Is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for the IWT Division within the Petrochemical industries. Account Management - Ensure product stewardship of a specific account/accounts by conducting all activities in accordance with the organisations Management Standards • Ensure sustainability and growth of a specific account/accounts by conducting the following activities in accordance with “ • Ensure existing applications and equipment are maintained and technical services are performed to ensure optimal performance • Ensure that the sales efforts are aligned with the company marketing strategy • Maintain and improve SHERQ performance to deliver targeted sales at the lowest possible risk to the company • Manage assigned accounts and implementing Continuous Improvements and Projects Qualifications: A Degree or National Diploma or equivalent in Chemistry/ Biochemistry / Microbiology / Metallurgy / Chemical Engineering is a pre-requisite. Experience: A Suitable applicant must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the industrial water treatment and/or process industry. C omputer literacy, basic pro ficiency in Microsoft packages and understanding of business systems is a necessity. Exposure to/ Experience in the following will be a significant advantage: Petrochemical Process treatment Boiler water treatment Raw water flocculation treatment Cooling water treatment Liquid/solid separation Written service reports Having done internal service inspections of related equipment at customer' sites Experience in polymer application to solid/liquid separation.
