TECHNICAL and WHOLE GOODS SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CAPE PROVINCES) will provide a high-class service to dealers and customers and enlarge the footprint of Inttrac Trading's product range to increase sales through the supporting of dealers, introducing Inttrac Trading's product range to potential customers, identify and sell products, provides technical support to dealers/ customers. The position of the Technical and Whole Goods Sales Representative is responsible to:  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.  Establish dealer/customer needs and requirements and maintain close relationship.  Interact and build positive relationships with dealers and continue to search for potential new customers.  Interact and advise on product improvements, demonstrations, and shows/exhibitions.  Ascertain of dealer/customer/area farming matters eg, study group meetings, demo days,  Identify and recommend appropriate implement for application, and demo products that match customer requirements.  Keep up to date with product range and keep clients informed (product features and benefits)  Supply the necessary training pertaining to equipment. (Operator, Dealer, etc)  Responsible to report claims, fault finding, problem identification, assisting client/dealers.  Maintain good communication and update customers to answer questions or resolve issues regarding orders or deliveries.  Liaise with clients, dealers on quotations, orders, etc.  Assembling of new equipment to specification and making the necessary adjustments as required/instructed.  Responsible to install equipment/systems supplied and sold by Inttrac Trading.  Conduct pre-delivery checks and sign-off for all new machines/equipment, prior to dispatch/delivery to customers.  Maintain an effective recordkeeping system relative to PDI, spares, equipment, tools, parts etc. within the workshop.  Actively involved in the receiving and dispatching of implements/stock (e.g. offloading of containers/trucks).  Tests equipment functionality prior to sale/dispatch: Make necessary corrections if needed, to ensure required quality and optimal operating standards.  Pursue pro-active initiatives to enhance the operation of sales of products through use of social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram etc.).  Always be conversant of latest price list, stock availability and/or any changes that may occur.  Meet sales targets, increase sales in the region and sustain excellent client services.  Weekly reporting of activities  Administration of all documentation.  At all times perform work/tasks in a safe and orderly manner, adhering to safety standards and practices in accordance with existing SHE policies and regulations.  Always maintain housekeeping standards without exception.  Any other reasonable duties that may be required by your senior from time to time.  Regular visits and courtesy visits to dealers as required. Experience :  Proven working technical experience in Agricultural Implements  3 years sales experience in the Agricultural Implements  Farm implement operating experience.  Direct sales experience Knowledge :  Knowledge of Sales Administration  A sound knowledge of all Inttrac Trading Products, Procedures and Policies  A sound knowledge of calibrations of Agricultural Machinery  A sound knowledge of technology and installations will be an advantage.  A sound knowledge of Agricultural Products, prices especially in implements/equipment.  A sound knowledge of Store control and systems.  Knowledge of Health and Safety  Knowledge of Stock Management. Skills :  Ability to maintain good relations with customers.  Ability to execute and achieve targets set by Management.  Strong technical skills  Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for recordkeeping on stock, communication via emails, presentation, etc.) Ability to resolve problems and complaints.  Ability to make quick and correct decisions.  Planning and organising  Interpersonal and Communication skills  Selling skills  Negotiating skills  Leadership and people management skills  Excellent Customer Service  Presentation skills Personal Attributes :  Attention to detail.  Ability to maintain good relations with fellow workers and customers.  Quick Response time  Ability to demonstrate initiative.  Positive proactive attitude  Team orientated.  Ability to travel and work away from home.  Good time keeping and history of reliability.  Fit and Mobile Other: (Licenses, Associations, Registrations)  Code C1 (EC will be an advantage)  Forklift License will be advantage Negotiable Apply Now
