As our next Technical Specialist , you’ll be our go-to for design, execution and governance of our Disaster Recovery Strategy. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical infrastructure systems. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in the infrastructure. Design and implement backup and recovery solutions for infrastructure components. Test and validate disaster recovery plans to ensure they are effective and efficient. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and compliance with disaster recovery procedures. Monitor and analyze infrastructure performance to identify areas for improvement. Provide technical guidance and support during disaster recovery incidents. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to disaster recovery. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Proven experience in infrastructure disaster recovery planning and implementation. Strong knowledge of disaster recovery principles, methodologies, and technologies. Proficiency in backup and recovery solutions, such as data replication, snapshots, and tape backups. Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud-based infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Certified Disaster Recovery Engineer (CDRE), are a plus. Apply Now
