From conducting quality inspections to liaising with clients and providing after-service support, you'll be involved in every step of the process, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Regional Technician Management: Lead and manage technicians across regional sites, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure consistent service delivery. Your proactive approach and hands-on management style will empower your team to excel in their roles. Quality Inspections: Conduct regular quality inspections at client sites to ensure adherence to service standards and identify areas for improvement. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence will drive continuous improvement in our operations. Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric approach will foster positive relationships and drive client loyalty. On-Site Servicing: Travel regionally to client sites to oversee servicing needs and provide hands-on support when necessary. Your availability and responsiveness will be crucial in addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and technicians to identify opportunities for service enhancement and process optimization. Your ability to listen actively and implement constructive feedback will drive continuous improvement in our operations. Requirements: Minimum Matric Valid Drivers license and own vehicle Tertiary education in Management Or operational related field 3-5 years of operations experience (Logistics, FMCG, Supply Chain) Strong leadership and people management skills Demonstratable Proficiency in MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables) Highly energetic with a positive attitude Ability to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively.
