Join a stable company and utilise you structural and technical supervisory skills. Assist the Technical Manager in the roll out of Technical Strategic objectives. Manage outputs of all outsourced companies against the deliverables in the strategic plan Assist the Technical Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the medium term and annual technical plans, programmes and projects to meet overall objectives and agreed timings. Supports the Technical Manager in the planning and executing of development plans across multiple projects. Facilitates the implementation of various technical development initiatives across multiple client engagements. Manage the day-to-day delivery of all technical requirements of clients. Facilitates the delivery and quality of outsourced employees ensuring their prompt service and overall quality of workmanship. Facilitates and manage the outsourcing team in the delivery of client need and services. Facilitates client demands as and when they arise ensuring prompt and efficient service. Facilitate and resolves any client complaints ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Fully understands and comprehends the client's business environment, infrastructure and systems so as to ensure optimal delivery of technical solutions. Assist the Technical Manager in the Management of the overall day to day expenditure. Provide accurate and timeous reporting on all financial statistics involving all functions, i.e. plumbing and structural, etc. Arrange and facilitate regular meetings with the Technical Manager as well as the various outsourcing companies to review budget. Ensure compliance will all safety rules and regulations. Facilitates the delivery of all workmanship and work done to SABS/SANS requirements and standards. Conducts routine inspections, spot checks and performance, appraisals of contractors/ outsourced employees. Meet regularly with outsourced companies to discuss workmanship and safety standard so as to ensure the correct skills and abilities of outsourced employees and ensure a culture of continuous improvement. Supervise all outsourced employees in the delivery of the required services. Address and manage any non-compliance and performance related matters within the ambits of Service Level Agreement Report on a regular basis, the output quality and skills efficiency of all outsourced employees thereby facilitate a process of continuous skills proficiency level review. Complete Individual Development Plans Matric or Equivalent (NQF Level 4) Training in facilities management Project Management Certificate Ideal. Clean State Security record Valid driver's license 5 - 10 years' experience Building Maintenance or similar Computer Skills Problem solving skills - be able to think out the box and be solution driven. Excellent communication skills Ability to think strategically and be innovative. Deep and thorough knowledge of Facilities Management best practices Knowledge of technical systems Knowledge of project management Knowledge of technical drawings and specifications Expert knowledge of OHSA Must be able to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
