Technical Support Lead - South Africa

Broad description of responsibilities:
* To deliver exemplary customer service to an existing base of dealers, as well as product/technical training for new Lutron dealers.

Job Objectives:
* Solid grasp of all technical requirement in the Lutron product line
* Efficient management of RMA processes
* Technical and design assistance to dealers on Lutron projects

Minimum Requirements:
* Min of 3 years in a technical support role
* Strong IP networking skills
* Good communication skills
* Skilled problem solver
* Results orientated
