Datacentrix is looking for a skilled Agile Technical Writer/Requirements Analyst to support the company's As-A Service (DaaS) initiative. In this role, the individual will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documentation and requirements in a fast-paced, agile environment. The candidate will need to work efficiently across multiple project streams, ensuring that documentation aligns with agile methodologies and contributes effectively to the overall project success. This role is a fixed term contractSkills and Experience Required:Extensive experience in technical writing and requirements analysis within an agile development setting.Ability to work at pace and manage documentation across multiple project streams.Proficient in documenting complex technical systems and software applications.Skilled in writing user stories, and acceptance criteria, and managing tools like Confluence, Markdown, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualisation technologies, and software development practices.Knowledgeable in cybersecurity and compliance documentation.Understanding DevOps and infrastructure-as-code principles.Key Responsibilities:Agile Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architectures, API documentation, and user guides, tailored to agile project milestones.Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collaboratively gather and analyze requirements, converting them into detailed, actionable documents for multiple project streams.User Story and Acceptance Criteria Development: Craft comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria within an agile framework.Process Documentation: Document processes and workflows, providing clear and concise instructions for technical and non-technical team members.Rapid Adaptation and Multi-Stream Management: Work at a fast pace, adapting quickly to changes and managing documentation needs across various project streams simultaneously.Continuous Improvement: Regularly update the documentation to reflect technological and methodological changes.Collaboration with Development Teams: Engage closely with developers, engineers, and project managers, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts and project objectives.Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to quality assurance by ensuring documentation supports comprehensive testing and validation.
