Technical Excellence: - Assist with preparation of general infrastructure designs, bills of quantities, contract documentation and tender evaluation, administration of construction contracts and ad-hoc site supervision. - Project execution and to ensure that projects are undertaken to a quality management system, to high technical standards, within budget and programme. - Advancement of Program knowledge in Revit, BIM and C3D - Support the project team on programs i.e. C3D, Revit and other platforms. - Uses computer software as a tool for solving fundamental engineering problems. - Not limiting to C3D or Revit but also advance knowledge in Excel, Word, EPANET and SWMM Team Support: - Support work, related to projects in the department, as directed by the Team Leader. Acumen: - Treats each person fairly and able to work effectively with others. Earns trust and respect of colleagues. - Communicates with clarity and purpose. Listens and learns from others. Standards/Quality: - Operates with the highest standards of integrity. Advancement of knowledge in industry standards. - Supports colleagues and works across team boundaries to deliver as a Team. - Research industry trends, standards and shares new ideas to address team and client needs and objectives. Teamwork: - Proactively looks for opportunities to add value to deliverables, tasks and produces high-quality work. - Ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner.
