We are looking for a Service Technician. The successful candidate will report to the Service Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring efficient, effective, and great customer service. The technical service and maintenance of a broad range of printers and copier devices and meeting customer SLAs. Delivering service excellence. Servicing machines Hardware installation. Troubleshooting Scheduling and obtaining physical page counts from customer sites. Admin duties related to the above. Must have experience working on HP, Lexmark, Brother, Samsung and Ricoh machines Must be an all-rounder and be independent. Must have Matric. Valid Driver's Licence and experience in driving. Must be presentable as it is a client-facing role. Must have good English communication skills. Must have strong technical ability and Printer Technician experience. Must have a good work ethic and be enthusiastic.
