Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with confidence and enthusiasm. Educate customers about our products/services and address their needs effectively.
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric certificate/ NQF Level 4
A MINIMUM of 6 months call center SALES experience
A positive attitude
