Attend to broker/client's queries Serve customers by taking telephone, fax and e-mail queries and provides information Articulate company products to brokers/clients Build relationships with brokers and develop credibility with them for smooth business transactions Liaise with our internal broker consultants Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions.
