Our client is seeking an experienced Admin Clerk Temp to join the Blackheath, Cape Town team for a Maternity Contract until November 2024 · Evaluate and submit debtors invoices, · Full creditors function, · Summarize timesheets for the company, · Prepare payments for each Thursday for the Branch Manager to sign off, · Ensure billing information is correct, · Order stationary, · Prepare monthly cashbook report · Prepare month pay card report · Prepare monthly Fuel Report · Prepare PAYE/UIF report (Labour Only) · Prepare Monthly WIP / Retention on hold File · Assist the tendering department, · · Grade 12 · Minimum 3 years relevant experience, · Accounting / bookkeeping background preferred, · Experience in the building / construction industry preferred, · Debtors & Creditors experience, · Payroll experience will be beneficial, · Proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel, · Valid drivers license and own transport preferred,
