Description Our client based in Shakaskraal is seeking an organized Administrator for a 3-month contract. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication and written skills. Duties: Prepare request to orders with supporting documentation (quote, pro-forma invoice, tax invoice) Ensure request to orders and invoice are signed off Ensuring the request to order schedule is up to date Follow up on outstanding invoices with suppliers Matching and batching purchase requests and invoices; and send them to the branch timeously Arrange postage as and when necessary including receiving deliveries Updating the schedule of purchase requisitions Updating the schedule of invoices and payments Liaising with the branch office to ensure all outstanding matters are resolved Assisting expats with queries regarding apartments/hotels etc Arranging for expat airport shuttle transfers with service provider Notifying branch office of expat arrivals and departures Monthly register of expats arrivals and departures – send this to the branch on a monthly basis Receiving fuel slips from expats on a weekly basis and sending to the branch office Copying and scanning documents and subsequently filing them accordingly Ordering office stationery and supplies Requirements: Excellent communication and written skills Good interpersonal skills Attention to detail Flexible and open to change Basic accounting skills (good to have but not a pre-requisite) Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Able to work in a team Creditors/Purchases experience If you meet all of the above, please apply directly here.
