Tender Administrator - Cape Town Region

Tender Administrator Cape Town Our client is looking for a Tender Administrator with at least 5 years experience dealing with Tenders. You will monitor the tender submission process, ensure completeness of data and documents, compliance with requirements, ensure quality standards are adhered to, be aware of and ensure tender deadlines are complied with. Salary: Market related – depending on experience. Minimum Requirements: Relevant degree/ diploma (NQF level 6), administrative qualification will be highly beneficial. 5 years in tendering/procurement experience Strong administration, organisational and inter-personal skills Office administration background Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel proficient Key duties: Collate tender documents which includes, all related pre-qualification and questionnaires- Ensure that tenders are of a high standard in terms of quality. Update tender register and follow-up tenders, maintain traceability of electronic and hard copy material. Ensure that tender submissions represent the best possible response in terms of completeness, appropriateness Provide updates and progress reports on submitted tenders Ensure the up-to-date status of all commercial documents including but not limited to Tax Clearance and BEE certificate.
