You'll collaborate with clients, engineers, and traders to design cost-effective, technically sound solutions, ensuring efficient operations and financial success. With your 8 years of TWM tendering experience and 3 years in onsite waste management, you'll lead tender preparation, manage financials, and champion safety. Join us and make a difference in the waste management landscapeDevelop and prepare solicited tenders and unsolicited bespoke fit for the purpose proposals.Prepare competitive solicited tenders and unsolicited proposals to win new business and retain existing business, relating to on site services Total Waste Management, enabling the execution team to ensure efficient operation, achieving and improving financial objectives.Interpretation Implementation of Client Requirements and Specifications.Establish and maintain a positive and informative relationship with the services execution team, clients and suppliers/subcontractors/strategic partners and traders.Assist services management to establish and improve systems and procedures for effective service delivery including solution design, operation and maintenance.Technical Solution development through collaboration with Business Development Heads, subject matter experts and Sales Engineers, providing cost-effective solutions whilst ensuring technical compliance with client requirementsRepresent the company during meetings with potential customers, vendors and subcontractors, strategic partners and traders for Total Waste Management, onsite waste management solutions.Preparation of design deliverables for tenders, technical process descriptions, Process Flow Diagram, Central Waste Area Designs, datasheets, etc.Hazardous Waste Profile sheet compilation with waste classification and sampling.
