Hire Resolve is currently looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join our client's team. As a Test Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of software applications through comprehensive testing processes. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design test plans. Conduct various types of testing (functional, regression, performance, etc.) to validate software functionality and performance. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and scenarios. Document and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues. Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing methodologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate test results and provide recommendations. Identify potential risks and propose solutions or mitigation strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 2 years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Experience with test automation tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting. Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus. ISTQB certification is a plus.
