This is your chance to be at the forefront of innovation in a cutting-edge global IT system landscape Role Title (Role Level): Test Specialist & Business Analyst - Vehicle Invoicing (Expert) ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 years of professional experience with process implementation in IT projects, especially in the sales and financial/accounting area based on SAP S/4 HANA. In-depth Process & Accounting Knowledge (auto sales environment experience very advantageous). Good understanding & experience in test execution & automation (Tosca not required but advantageous). Extensive knowledge/experience of agile working methodology. Extensive knowledge/experience in process design using SAP SD, FI, CO as well as corresponding system knowledge in SAP S/4 HANA. Change & Project Management. Excellent and articulate communicator. Ability to influence and engage with authority. Strong business acumen. Flexibility to travel internationally (both planned and unplanned travel). ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge of SAP MM, VMS (Vehicle Manager), AIF and BRF (SAP certification is advantageous). IT degree. Experience in global SAP template rollouts. German speaking. WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE? Minimum of BCom in Accounting, Business Administration, or comparable qualification. Chartered Accountant or MBA (advantageous) WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES? Required to understand the business processes for invoicing vehicles to Group customers and business partners as you will be responsible to support Business by analysing process and system issues and solving these by defining, testing and implementing suitable solutions. Responsible to coordinate, negotiate and confirm process and system changes based on SAP S/4 HANA, and to manage implementation from requirement to successful system rollout. As part of an agile project team, you will actively work closely with national and international specialist areas as well as with IT departments to ensure continuous standardization as well as process consistency & enhancements. Responsible to analyse and define necessary process and system requirements as well as enhancements, ensure coordination with the specialist departments and describe the technical requirements as user stories for system-side implementation. Steering FIT-To-Template process, including conducting fit-gap analysis, evaluating results, identify possible solutions and recommending most preferred solution, as well as obtaining approval for changes from Product Owner. Also ensures documentation is up to date and conducting necessary training as well as knowledge transfer sessions with key users. Responsible to test the implemented system solutions together with the specialist departments and market testers, assist with the introduction and stabilization in the markets and ensure the necessary transfer of know-how. You will also assist in planning and execution of ongoing testing activities, with focus on ensuring high levels of test automation throughout all processes. Ensuring compliance, data protection and IT security requirements as well as defining and enforcing uniform requirements for business processes round off your activity profile. WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
