Job Title: Team Leader (PHD/TEAML1/MT) Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa Reference: PHD/TEAML1/MT (KIMBERLEY) Contract Type: Temporary 10 Months Specification Work Description The Outreach Team Leader Conducts Community TBHIV Outreach and Community TB Advocacy Campaigns and Testing with collaboration with DOH. The Outreach Team Leader is also responsible for a District and manages the Outreach Workers. Technical Work Responsibilities •Assist with the planning and conducting TB/HIV campaigns as well as advocacy communication and social mobilization campaigns with stakeholders •Provide technical support to health screening teams on screening and data handling •Oversee and monitor completion of TB, HIV and STI’s screening tools •Establish systems to monitor treatment initiation and referrals •Collaborate with Data Quality, M&E and Site Management teams in identifying high TB burdened facilities and assist teams to facilitate supporting the facilities •Supervise data handling and collate statistics into weekly and monthly reports to the site coordinator •Manage schedules for contact tracing and defaulters •Manage recordkeeping of stock control •Supervise contact tracing teams and drivers •Manage and supervise Outreach Workers and Recruiters/TB Contact Tracing Team •Capturing and authorisation of timesheets of employees reporting to the Team Leader Requirements Education •Matric/Grade 12 •HIV/AIDS Counselling and Testing Certificate Advantageous •Enrolled Nursing Diploma •Relationship Counselling Certificate •Basic HIV Counselling and TB Certificates Experience •3 years’ in TB and HIV counselling and testing experience •Community mobilisation and health education experience •Intermediate computer skills: Databases, Outlook and Excel •Global Fund TB implementation Programmes Advantageous •TB contact tracing experience •Linkage to care experience •Adherence counselling experience •HIV/AIDS screening experience with community members Requirements •Valid Driver’s Licence To apply Click Here Application Deadline: 09/07/2020 Apply Now
