The Badisa Children Foundation, is an independent entity that has been established as a funding vehicle to raise funds for child protection services rendered by Badisa. Job Title: Coordinator Job Location: Cape Town Salary: Negotiable salary supplemented by a medical and retirement scheme, as well as generous leave benefits Responsibilities: Facilitate and manage processes, in conjunction with the management of homes for the elderly and disabled and service centres Liaise with local congregations, boards of control, state departments and community Research regarding care of the elderly and disabled Establish procedures, policies and procedure guidelines Compile statutory requirements Develop integrated elderly and disable care services Requirements: Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in the field of service delivery to the elderly and disabled Facilitation skills Ability to communicate on all levels, to think strategically and to work as member of a team, as well as proven leadership skills Registration with the South African Council for Social Services Professions is compulsory Computer skills Must be prepared to travel To apply, submit a comprehensive CV, indicating the position you are applying for, to The Director: Human Resources, Badisa, Private Bag X8, Bellville 7535, or via email: mhbbadisa.org.za Application Deadline: 17th August, 2018
