Key Responsibilities: Assist the unit in meeting the requirements of quality patient care. Uphold high professional standards and demonstrate a commitment to personal development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Proficient in supervising subordinates and managing unit workload. Requirements: Nursing Diploma or Degree Post basic Operating Theatre Diploma and SANC registered. Scrubbing experience working in multi-disciplinary hospitals. Experience in Vascular and Cardiac Surgery would be added advantage. Possess high energy levels and adaptability Ability to work flexible hours as per operational requirements Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
