Job Description
  • Delivery of high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships.
  • Resolving client and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.
  • Liaising effectively with above country Vendor support desk.
  • Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management System
  • Communicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problems
  • Ensure management are aware of potential areas for potential problems, product enhancements and partner educational requirements.
  • Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategies
  • Achieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledge
Qualifications
  • Degree/ND Finance or Information Technology
  • Sage X3 Certification (Advantageous)
Skills
  • 3+ Years Experience in SAGE X3 Support
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics
  • Crystal Reporting
