Our client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced TLB (Tractor Loader Backhoe) Operator to join our team. The TLB Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining our heavy equipment efficiently and safely to support various construction and excavation projects.

Responsibilities:

Operate TLB machinery to excavate, backfill, compact, and level construction sites
Safely transport materials and equipment to and from job sites
Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance on TLB equipment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with construction teams to complete projects on schedule and within budget
Perform minor repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed
Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs
Follow project plans, blueprints, and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Certification or training in heavy equipment operation is preferred
Proven experience operating TLB machinery in a construction or excavation environment
Ability to interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for operating heavy equipment
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
