Internal Job Title: Mould Shop Administrator. Mould Shop: Bellville Factory. Role description: The purpose of this role is to coordinate all Mould Shop administration regarding mould life, tool enquiries, tool transfers, tool drawings and tool orders. Responsibilities: Co-ordination of all tool orders and movements on SAP. Co-ordination of all tool enquiries and tool transfers. Orders mould equipment as required. Confirms new Mould Equipment Drawings vs. existing mould equipment. Co-ordination between Mould Shop and Tool Optimisation Manager for planning of future production runs. Updates of all tool life records. Ensures good housekeeping at all times. Maintains and continuously improves historical data capturing systems. Required Qualifications / Skills and desired competences. National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferable / Mechanical Trade Test Certificate a pre-requisite. 2 - 3 years experience in a FMCG production environment. Administrative experience in a technical environment. High level of computer literacy (MS Office Suite, SAP). Ability to read, interpret and approve technical tool drawings is essential. Delivering results and meeting customer expectations. Strong Analytical ability and systematical problem solving skills. Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks. Required to work overtime and perform standby duties. Closing date: Wednesday, 21 February 2024 at 5PM.
