What a Total Rewards Manager does at Visa We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to help drive a complete Total Rewards (TR) approach for Visa’s Central East Europe Middle East Africa (CEMEA) region. The role will work with the CEMEA Head of Total Rewards to support & implement Visa’s total reward strategy. The role will support local total reward programs and practices, and assist with the design, development & delivery of new & existing programs to drive our strategic aim as an Employer of Choice. The role also partners and consults with the People Team to address various reward and benefits issues along with the payroll & mobility team to ensure seamless delivery of total rewards in the region. Key Responsibilities Support the various total reward programs and plans Visa offers to employees in CEMEA in partnership with the CEMEA Total Reward Team. Resolving escalated employee issues, building and maintaining successful relationships with benefits vendors and brokers Assisting with Project Management of Key Total Reward Activities and Deliverables. Providing accurate and timely operational benefit administration support, including data reconciliation with payroll and our benefit administrators. Drive our Market Benchmarking Analysis and payline recommendations in partnership with region & global stakeholders and team members. Support on Annual Benefit budgeting process working in partnership with Finance stakeholders. Identifying ways to continuously improve operational processes including but not limited to the activities listed above. Collaborating with the People Advisory team, equipping them to respond to employee inquiries and conducting ongoing benefit plan education Developing content for benefits communications and maintaining benefit plan web content What you will need Minimum University Degree or equivalent 5-10 years working in a People Team Or Consultancy Environment. High level of integrity, respect and empathy for others. Accuracy and attention to detail with a strong sense of risk mitigation Ability to take initiative, solutions orientated and manage multiple work activities/projects to timely completion. Good communication and relationship-building skills and enjoys collaborating and working with different cultures. Knowledge of reward program design and management across international markets CEMEA specific experience of market competitive practices a plus What will also help Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel Familiarity with Workday and benefits management tools (e.g. from Mercer/Willis Towers Watson/AON) is desirable.
