Tour Consultant Team Leader - - Johannesburg

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in a managerial capacity within the luxury inbound travel sector (required)
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, enabling effective interaction with high-profile clients and agents
Exceptional familiarity with luxury travel destinations, accommodations, and experiences in Southern and/or East Africa
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Proficiency in Tourplan is a necessity
Proven capability in coaching, motivating, training, and leading teams effectively
Proficiency in crisis management and problem-solving
Strong attention to detail and organisational proficiency
Ability to work with urgency and meet deadlines
Valid driver's licence and own transport
