Hire Resolve's client is currently looking for a skilled Trackless Electrical Engineer Supervisor to join their team in Gauteng. This role will involve overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and testing of electrical equipment within the mining operations, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting electrical faults, conducting inspections, and implementing improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Ensure health and safety compliance for section and team members during maintenance activitiesConduct inspections per MHSA regulations and company standardsPromote Zero Harm culture through adherence to legislation, policies, and proceduresLead and supervise team for safe maintenance practices and project managementManage team performance, development, and coachingConduct Planned Task Observations (PTOs) for team capability assessment and coachingLead failure investigations and implement maintenance practice changesImplement asset management strategy and tactical interventionsParticipate in mechanized development process optimizationMaintain On-reef Electrical Infrastructure standards and conditionsEnsure safe installation of electrical equipmentFormulate and manage annual section budgets, spares inventory, and orders.
