An Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Tractor Technician. • Effective diagnostics and inspection on all equipment. • Timely and effective repair of any problems identified during preventative maintenance diagnostics and inspections. • Generate pick slips for the correct part selection. • Conduct warranty repairs as required by dealership. • Responsible for cleanliness of work area. • Performs additional duties and special projects as needed or directed. • Adhere to all policies and regulations as stipulated by company and dealers. • Good communication and relationships with Workshop Manager, personnel and customers. • Maintain high levels of customer relation and satisfaction. • Attends all company and external training activities and retain and demonstrate that was instructed. • In-house on the job training. • National Senior Certificate. • Completed Trade Test Certificate (Tractor, Motor or Diesel). • At least two years of relevant mechanical experience. • Attention to detail. • Knowledge of MS Office. • Good communication skills.
