- Grade 12
- EC / Code 14 license
- Professional driving permit (PrDP)
- Training qualifications/certification advantageous
- At least 3 years of experience in training Drivers, driver safety and assessment of drivers
- Certified Assessor / Facilitator
- Road Transport experience
- Computer literate
- Own transport
- Xhosa speaker - essential
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Capture data
- Write reports
- Investigate accidents
- Manage drivers
- Draft procedures and update existing documents
- Implement training plans
- Manage training files
- Ensure drivers are continuously updated by giving regular training
- Assess and evaluate high risk drivers
- Implement vehicle safety proceu
