Growth Management Consulting is Hiring Role: Training Administrator Assistant Duties and Responsibility: - Create and manage training calendars and schedules.-Track employee training completion and keep accurate records.- Assist to create training materials.- Assist communicate training schedules and needs to employees and managers. - Evaluating training programs and make recommendations for improvement.- Assist with post-training evaluation and collecting feedback from participants.- A comprehensive understanding of training systems and platform. - Understanding practices for facilitating, skill development and workplace skills planning principles and methods.Minimum Requirements:- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in training administration or a similar role- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint- Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) is a plus- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesApplications must be emailed to: .co.za
