Reference: CEN000537-MVW-1 The Training Coordinator will be responsible in training staff (Soft Skills), training material to be supplied, must have the ability to train staff and manage material, also must have their own transport. This position is available in Wynberg but will have travel to local branches. REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum Education: Grade 12 & National Diploma in HRM or Diploma in ETDP Additional Qualifications: Skills Development Facilitator certificate or related Minimum Work Experience: 2-3 years' experience in Training and Development REQUIREMENTS Conduct soft skills training Manage training Update the company's training matrix to plan, track and manage employee training. Compile Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports. Action training requests from line management Promote and implement skills development within the organisation as per Training policy.
