As an ERP Training Facilitator, you will facilitate and deliver learning programs, providing performance enhancing opportunities for employees. The role incorporates training, end user support, troubleshooting and testing ERP and Digital Transformation applications. This role provides services and support related to the ERP software and digital transformation integrations within the Company, maintaining relevant procedures and standards and to ensure that systems are efficient and effective. Minimum of 2 years of experience within an IT/ Distribution environment Minimum of 2 years of experience working on Sage/Related ERP systems and providing support and training to users Sage certifications will be beneficial Minimum of 3 years experience in learning and facilitation will be an advantage Experience in conducting training needs analysis and co-ordinating all relevant information is essential Excellent knowledge of adult learning and must be able to demonstrate exceptional facilitation/teaching skills for adult within the workplace Experience with Microsoft Office, eLearning, and virtual learning technologies Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws Basic understanding of accounting principles and concepts Basic understanding of programming concepts Ability to deliver training and presentations to the Company Be able to work in a large and challenging IT environment with the ability to cope effortlessly
