A position for a Training Instructor has become available within the Training Department at BTT Richards Bay and Isando. The main purpose of the job is to ensure that all training is delivered within the framework of BTT Standards, Procedures and Work instructions, including the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2014 and ISO45001:2008 systems. This incumbent will also be responsible for theoretical and on-the-job (site) training and will ensure individuals are made competent in terms of their job descriptions, and Training Needs Analysis. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Thorough knowledge of all sites, including all aspects of Safety, Health, Environment and Fire systems. Good working knowledge of computer systems i.e. word, excel, power point and SAP. Good organization skills of setting up and acting out training plans. Ability to train and develop a person on any of the sites. OHS Act knowledge, ISO Systems, SETAS Thorough understanding of BTT operations Must have practical and technical ability.
