We are seeking a qualified Group Training Specialist with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. As a Group Training Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering group training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees Conducting Training Needs Analysis to determine the learning needs from an individual and Organisational perspective. Assist with the Delivery and Development of the L&D initiatives in response to change needs. Provide L&D advice and guidance to individuals, teams and programmes. Assist business in developing and implementing programmes and initiatives to build the capability of our leaders. Creating annual budget. Assessments for POEs. Promote available training opportunities to employees as well as driving a learning culture. Managing the Learnership and other Training Programmes. Policy Writing and managing QMS. Applying for QCTO registered qualifications. Ensure Company comply with H&S Act. Assist and support the application of and demonstration of Equal Employment Opportunity, cultural diversity and ethical practice policies. Ensure and conduct the training needs analysis (TNA) with the business leaders to determine the learning needs from an individual and Organisational perspective. Succession Planning. Ensure training is recorded and registers are maintained and captured onto the Training Module in Sage 300 monthly. Assist with the coordinating of training requirements for different levels of the organisation based on current and future capability and mandatory needs, whilst ensuring effective line of sight to Budget. Promote available training opportunities to employees as well as driving a learning culture. Ensure WSP and ATR are conducted accurately within the guidelines of the EE and Training committee and submitted timeously. Develop the ATR and WSP in collaboration and guidance of HR and statutory requirements. Ensure Training Committee meetings are actioned, and plans are implemented in collaboration with HR and according to Business plan and legislation. SDF – Assist with facilitate the development of Employees in collaboration with business and line managers. Responsible for the processing of application and management of QCTO qualifications. Organise regular training meetings with the Operations trainer and HOD to identify training needs within the respective departments and Business. In collaboration with HR – assist with Onboarding Induction. Approve Payroll listing Ensure all training is registered and recorded and submitted to HR Manager for Board Meeting purposes. Attend SETA forums Collation of all training stats for reporting purposes Manage E-Learning Act as the liaison for the group with CATHSSETA & W&R SETA Project Manage- Hosted learners/graduates Fraxion Payments Recruitment of new graduates Creation of new graduates and bursary students on LMS Support to Sala, GMI, Bridge and Build It. Year Planner for all entities - 5 years experience in FMCG OR RETAIL - Familair with SETA Forums -Able to create and develop training -Training certificate Apply Now
