Our client, a well-established Manufacturing (construction industry sector) company based in Durban, is looking for Translators. Key Responsibilities: Translation: Provide accurate and contextually relevant translations of various documents, including business correspondence, reports, and technical materials, from Mandarin or Cantonese to English and vice versa Interpretation: Facilitate effective communication in meetings, conferences, and other interactions by providing real-time interpretation between Mandarin and English Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of translated content, while meeting tight deadlines Communication Skills: Effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders to clarify ambiguous points, gather additional context, and ensure a smooth translation process. Administrative Support: As and when required.
