Supporting the National Transport Manager and various other business units, by ensuring client orders are scheduled for delivery as per SLAs. Ensuring service delivery is on time and done accurately. Assist drivers with delivery enquiries and on route reporting. Updating route information and schedules daily for various business units. Ensure all mobile devices are handled correctly by drivers and data is accurately captured on route. Forecasting traffic issues, industrial action, political unrest and providing solutions for these obstacles. Maintain excellent customer service levels. TMS Masterdata maintenance rates, customers, vehicles, and operators. Monitor route profitability and reporting any discrepancies to the National Transport Manager Weekly management reports updated and circulated to relevant business units and stakeholders. Identify potential risks and acting timeously on it. Assist with investigations and reporting on findings to management. Strive for continuous improvements. Min 3 Years experience. High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability. Knowledge of Transport Management Systems. Excellent Microsoft Office Skills. Must be a solution seeker and be pro-active. Ability to understand and anticipate client needs. Good interpersonal and people skills. Industry knowledge in FMCG/Logistics.
