Our client is a luxury DMC based in Westlake, Cape Town looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join their team to assist in creating awesome tour packages and deals for their local South African travel trade partners This office-based position is in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town. We require someone who has: • Good geographic product knowledge of South Africa and neighbouring countries. • Experience in designing tours from start to finish for the South Africa travel trade. • A Team player and enthusiasm to assist colleagues and our trade partners. • Energetic and have a passion for learning and training our travel trade partners. • Time management: ability to prioritise, plan and meet marketing deadlines. • Effective verbal and written communication. • Be professional and offer high service levels at all times. • Ability to handle pressure and volume - be able to multitask. • Build relationships with key travel trade partners and suppliers.
