Candidate Requirements: Must have Grade 12 and a relevant tertiary qualification Must have 3- 5 years of previous tour consulting experience Good knowledge of South Africa, Southern and East Africa preferable Tourplan advantageous ESS essential WETU Experiential Creativity Guest/Client Delight Sales process and methods Understanding and knowledge of the market Understanding of quantitative and qualitative data analysis and being able to make decisions based on these analyses A passion for delivering excellent service Creative planning and designing of guest itineraries (according to their budget) or out-of-the-box planning and designing of leisure FIT tailor-made itineraries Managing the reservation process for bookings from quote to finalizing, including invoicing and travel documents Consistent and clear communication with agents, sales teams, preferred supplier partners, and colleagues Emergency duty will be on a rotational basis as per the DMC Emergency BOP Calm and professional manner of servicing agents and guests Proactive selling of our products and services ensuring the best possible safari for the guests An independent, curious, and “can do it” nature Working hours early and late shift on a weekly rotational basis REMOTE OPTION AVAILABLE
