My client is seeking a skilled Treasury Operations Manager to join their team. This role offers the perfect balance between strategic oversight and hands-on operational duties.
As the Treasury Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing liquidity, overseeing multi-currency transactions, and implementing robust processes and procedures. You'll be responsible for cashflow forecasting, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage liquidity effectively to support the organization's financial objectives.
Handle multi-currency transactions and mitigate associated risks.
Implement and maintain efficient processes and procedures within the treasury function.
Conduct cashflow forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Lead and motivate a team of treasury professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified CA(SA) with a treasury-related qualification.
Minimum of 5 years of post-article experience in treasury management.
Strong understanding of financial services and treasury operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
