Trims Buyer - CPT - Cape Town City Centre
- Matric + Diploma in Clothing Management
- Have a least a minimum of two years in the clothing industry
- Source, negotiate and ordering of trims
- Follow up to make sure trims arrive on time
- Checking seals against costing and advise merchandisers
- Advise production if trims are running late
- Ensuring trims timelines are met to avoid any late garment deliveries
- Checking all trims against approvals when delivered
- Overseeing the trims department ensuring that all trims are correct per style to go out to the CMTs
- Must be a good communicator
- Be computer literate and worked on Excel and Pastel experience on Palladium would be advantageous
- Be able to work in a team
- Will be responsible to oversee stock take which is every three months
- Strong organisational skills
