Reference: HC003327-Retla-1 Main Purpose of the Job To play a key role in shaping the user experience of our digital products and services tailored to business clients. Leveraging expertise in user interface design and best practices, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that enhance usability, drive engagement, and meet the specific needs of business users across various touchpoints. Required to work in an agile environment using design thinking methodology, allowing for rapid iteration and user-centric design solutions. Minimum Education: Honours Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or related field with additional Design courses completed. Minimum Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as a front-end developer with a focus on UI/UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Critical Competencies: Ability to design and develop user interfaces for business banking applications Strong understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development Presenting and Communicating Information Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Problem-solving mindset and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively Business acumen Report writing Relationship management Strong analytical and problem solving skills
