An opportunity awaits for a qualified and experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse to join our team as a Unit Manager for an Annex Theatre, and reporting to the Theatre Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating clinical practice and resources within the theatre. The Unit Manager will lead by example, ensuring excellence in patient care and fostering a supportive environment for staff and students. To be considered for this vacancy, candidates must meet the following criteria: Nursing Diploma with post-basic Operating Theatre Diploma (essential) Nursing Management diploma would be advantage Qualifications Registered with SANC Minimum of 5 years scrub nursing experience in a multi-disciplinary hospital Minimum of 2 years experience as either Unit Manager/2IC or Senior Shift Leader Private hospital nursing experience (current or recent years is required Good leadership and interpersonal skills Computer proficient Company assistance with re-location costs is negotiable.
