Junior Programme Manager (CSI) EducationCompetencies required. • Ability to work under pressure • Solid administrative skills • Computer literate • Deadline focused • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Stakeholder focus, meeting the needs and expectations and continually improve services • Building and managing relationships • Decision making: consider information available, identify options and make timely decisions • Resilience, recover quickly from setbacks that impact performance • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Well-developed interpersonal skills Personality attributes • Attitude of enthusiasm, creative flair and passion for CSR • Sound interpersonal skills, networking and relationship building • Ability to work under pressure • Must demonstrate the ability to be proactive and take initiative • Intelligent self-starter who shows initiative and have the ability to work autonomously / with little guidance • Flexible and adaptable with an ability to multi-task • Hard worker who works well under pressure and must be efficient and results driven • Assertive and tenacious • Team player. - Contribute to the conceptualization of marketing material • Manage the launch presentations for schools • Liaise with WCED, Bursars, Suppliers • Oversee the communication, on a regular basis, with all the schools across the 5 competition sections (Literacy, Story writing, Maths) • Coordinate focus groups/interview sessions at competition level with the participating schools• Collate feedback forms from participating schools- Coordinate volunteers for competition rounds from various partners- Secure and coordinate marking team for story writing competition- Secure and coordinate judges, score keepers and quizzes masters for the competition rounds • Coordinate workshops for mentors • Regularly update and maintain the website- Manage PR, Social media & Communications in collaboration with the marketing department • Form partnerships with other companies, collaborating with other projects and obtaining sponsorships • Manage school transport for competition days • Coordinate Provincial Spelling Bee Communication & Liaising with Growsmart participants • Mange prize handover to winning schools for all the competitions • Manage the purchasing and distribution of launch handout items and Growsmart newspapers • Obtain quotations for competition rounds and finals • Prepare and monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast• Deliver all reporting requirement to the ManagementQualification(s) • Social Science Degree or Business Management related degree Experience • Stakeholder management experience is essential • 5 years’ minimum relevant experience Please consider your application as unsuccessful if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks Apply Now
