VACANCY FOR TRACKING CLERK - South Africa
An opportunity is available for a Tracking Clerk at an Empty container park situated in Rossburgh, Durban. The successful applicant must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same role and must resideclose to the Rossburgh area.This position requires shift work, ie. 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, so own transport is essential.Duties include, but are not limited to:Receive and record all empty containers into the depotDispatch and record all empty containers that are released from the depotEnsure that the correct container is released in accordance with the booking refCheck containers for damagesCompiling and sending daily tracking reports to the respective shipping linesCompiling and sending stock reports to the shipping linesContainer locationsUpholding cleanliness in the depotMaintain records and documentation in comprehensive filing system.Handling queries from the Shipping LinesAssisting transporters and shipping line with queries over the telephoneEmail CV to: rozanne255gmail.com
